Jim is a Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Economics. He is a well-rounded executive with strong skills in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Workforce Solutions. Jim began his career at Ernst& Young (“EY”) CPAs as a Financial & IT Auditor. Later he joined International Knife & Saw as Assistant CFO & CIO. Jim left IKS to start a business for Software Development and IT Professional Services where he was CEO and responsible for Sales & Marketing.
Jim has over 30 years of experience in Workforce Solutions, working for the leaders in the industry such as Robert Half - to build their Management Services practice in Kentucky where he grew the Kentucky practice into one of the top producing regions; Hudson Highland Group – Division of Monster Worldwide in NYC- This was a start-up and he grew it to the #1 branch in the World; Adecco/Ajilon - recruited Jim to rebuild their NYC practice where he originally was the Practice Director. After 1 year, the NYC practice was # 1 in the U.S. Jim was promoted to Regional Director for the NorthEast and later to Director of National Sales.
Jim then moved to Softpath System as the Director of Sales/Business Development where he was responsible for managing, maintaining & building the Staffing Practice and the EIM Practice He was also responsible for Program Performance, recruiting, staff development, training and performance of the sales and recruiting teams.
Jim co-founded Workforce Direct Solutions with Paul Price, former head of Contingent Labor at EY, to provide consulting services in Staffing. The business was focused on working with AI, Machine Learning and Talent Pool Solutions.
