The company successfully sold two of its divisions: Consumer Set-Top Box Technologies to French Based ST-Micro Electronics and its Software Bios Technologies to Phoenix Technologies.
As Co-founder for Great Valley Products, Gregg commercialized MPG1 video hardware, and established distribution in 25 markets around the world including Australia, Japan, Germany, Italy, and the UK, leading to
GVP’s appearance in the Inc. Magazine’s “500 Fastest-Growing US Private Company.& quote; A graduate of Drexel University’s Lebow College of Business, Gregg has been a guest lecturer in entrepreneurship at both the Wharton School and the Lebow School of Business at Drexel University.
