Gregg Garnick is an experienced CEO and expert in video technology. He founded Ravisent Technologies and commercialized MPG2 video DVD capability in the PC and completed their successful IPO reaching a market capitalization of $1 Billion.

The company successfully sold two of its divisions: Consumer Set-Top Box Technologies to French Based ST-Micro Electronics and its Software Bios Technologies to Phoenix Technologies.
