Bentley serves as the Chief Visionary and Solutions Concept Architect for the Spotlight Ecosystem agency and has 18+ years of experience in Print Creative, Production & Logistics, Marketing, Branding, and Technology Digital Solution Development 

Bentley is a visionary and results-driven executive who is always looking for new ways to deliver value to customers and partners. His ability to drive relevant connections and bring people together to champion solutions to significant challenges has led him to develop several scalable proprietary products, IPs, and innovations. He has an infectious desire to spearhead change-based initiatives, maximizing multi-resource partnerships, and creating business development opportunities. He has grown Qme into a robust solutions ecosystem with partners and clients from all over the globe.  

Bentley spearheaded the creation of the Qme Spotlight Business Solution Ecosystem agency and the creation and development of the “Qmespotlight.com” Marketplace, “Cliiimb.com,” and “Qmelocal.com” Digital Small Business solution platform. Under Bentley’s leadership, the Spotlight Ecosystem focuses on developing highly-valuable and scalable technology IPs with a core focus to support small business growth and sustainability, resulting in tremendous local community success and impact.

Nathan Albertelli

Nathan Albertelli serves as the administrative director of the QmeSpotlight Ecosystem. With over 10 years of business and technology research experience, Nathan has applied his business acumen and academic knowledge towards the business process,  market application for the products developed at the QmeSpotlight Ecosystem.

Nathan also serves as a thought leader in the “shop local / buy local movement”, which aims to keep money local in order to create stronger communities, more dynamic and resilient local economies, and more opportunities for residents to thrive within their own communities.

Highlight the diverse beauty, ideas, and dreams that people and places have to offer worldwide (the “creative culture”), demonstrate that this creative culture is everywhere and that this creative culture must be spotlighted, made relevant, distributed, and consumed at a local level for all local communities locally worldwide. By doing this, we create stronger, self-sustaining communities.

30+ years in Strategic Business Development, Sales Planning & Execution, Building / Training High-Performance Sales Teams, and Business Coaching

Gaylord is a master business developer who provides strategic business growth consulting, sales planning and execution consulting, selling process training and coaching, and marketing | media | public communications consulting. As a University of Penn Wharton graduate, a serial entrepreneur, a C-Level executive, and a very successful sales executive, Gaylord is responsible for helping to drive business growth globally and help to develop solutions for clients that accelerate their success. Qme dedicates itself to clients and helps solve their challenges so they can grow at a faster pace. He has led many projects which have economic impacts in the Multi-Billion-dollar range which involved joint ventures, consulting, software development, branding, and marketing, across multiple continents and raising funding/capital. He has also been involved in several large $100 MM + business ventures involving manufacturing, business agreements, and distribution working in countries such as Australia, Vietnam, USA, Africa, and Jamaica. Prior to these roles, Gaylord has held several leadership roles in sales/business development and marketing including serving as CEO, CSMO, and Chairman of the Board of several organizations. He was formally trained and groomed by Fortune 500 firms such as IBM, Inacom Information Systems, and Xerox and won and managed several complex IT Infrastructure and Integration Projects each valued at $20 – $100 MM in annual revenues. These were clients with annual revenues in the billions such as Reliance Insurance Companies, J&J, and Citigroup.

Andre Dixon

VP, Business Development

Andre’ E. Dixon is an experienced educational and business development professional who has served in key leadership roles throughout his almost 25 years in educational advancement. He has served on two successful $100+ million capital campaigns at Tuskegee and Lincoln Universities and a $250 million capital campaign at Spelman College. He is also the Founder and President of Dixon Development Enterprises, a business development, and property management firm. 


Under his leadership as head of Lincoln University’s Advancement Division, total Fundraising  [AD1] increased by 106%. Adept at soliciting corporations, foundations, alumni, and individuals, Dixon has helped provide critical funding to academic and athletic programs. He has led several special events while partnering with the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, a corporate and local business community that directly increased fundraising and sponsorship support.


Raised in Tuskegee, Alabama, Andre’ is married to Ashley Sims Dixon and is the father of four children. He holds a BS degree in Finance and an MS degree in Personnel Administration from Tuskegee University. Currently, Dixon is serving on the Advisory Board of the Delaware Black Chamber of Commerce.

Karan Felix

Qme Chief Financial Officer and Senior Level Finance Transformation Consultant

30+ years in Corporate and Strategic Finance with a focus on FP&A

Karen is a CFO with over 30 years of Global and Board level experience. A native of New Orleans, LA, Karen has traveled extensively around the world representing global firms and helping manage their international finances. She is a Principal Finance Transformation Consultant for Qme. She is a high-level CFO with experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Fraud Accounting and Investigation, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Funding Partners Acquisition. She is a global financial executive with board-level experience who has worked with Companies of all levels and with revenues ranging from $30 MM to $60 Billion in annual revenues. She has achieved a highly successful career while working for global firms such as First Data Corporation (the largest subsidiary of American Express) and DELL Computers (helped them launch their Storage Division). She has worked with and for several millionaires and billionaires as their “Family CFO” while assisting them in their financial matters.

Theophilus R. Nix, JR., ESQ

Board Member and Legal Advisor

Theophilus R. Nix, Jr., has a multitude of professional experience from the private, corporate, not-for-profit and government sectors. Theo is currently the Founder, CEO, and President of Drone Workforce Solutions, LLC, a national education, training, and employment company. He is a big proponent of Workforce Development and the need to retrain and employ Americans at all levels for a new global world. For the past 15 years, Theo has been in-house counsel for DuPont, a $35 billion, 218-year-old global Fortune 100 science, chemical, agricultural, and biotechnology company with offices in 90 countries. His role includes providing legal/business and complex negotiations for DuPont in the “Operations, Materials and Services,” a $3.4 billion annual spend department. The department covers environmental, EPC, EPCM, CCMS, FS&RE, construction management, engineering, architectural, and equipment/purchasing projects, and working with professional consultants as part of a $17 billion overall purchasing department.  

Prior to this role, Theo served as Manager of Contracts and Procurement/Counsel for O’Neill Properties Group, LLC, a billion-dollar, national commercial and residential real estate development company respected developers in the country. In addition, over his career, he has held executive management positions with 1) La Comunidad Hispana, Inc, a 35-year nonprofit agency dedicated to assisting Latinos and migrant farmworkers in health, education, housing and social services, 2) Bechtel Corporation, one of the most extensive international construction management and engineering private companies, where he negotiated large, complex governmental and private sector multi-million dollar design, environmental and construction contracts, and 3) Boston Housing Authority, the 4th largest housing authority in the United States, with an annual construction budget of $250 million. 

Theo has also held elective office on the Town of Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts Finance Committee, which oversaw and crafted financial budgets for 32 town departments. Executive Director of Dukes County Housing Authority, Edgartown, Massachusetts. He also worked as an intern in Congress for the late William V. Roth, USS Delaware and as an intern at the National Labor Relations Board for Member Howard Jenkins, Washington, DC. Theo is a graduate of Ithaca College and Howard University School of Law. Theo has served and continues to serve on multiple boards and committees.

Mohammad Kasim

Creative Director / Business Success Consultant

15+ years experience in Design Creative and UI/UX Digital Solutions.
As we call him at Qme, Kasim is a specialist when it comes to translating ideas into intuitive designs that communicate your digital products. He does not restrict himself to design; he is able to leverage his cross-skill to support innovation across the Qme ecosystem.

Kasim believes that a properly executed product design should translate into economic value for that business. Kasim leads both pre and post-design thought processes and research to ensure optimal brand aesthetics and experience for your end-user.

Jonathan Lee

VP, Business Development

Jonathan Lee serves as VP of business development for Qme Business Ecosystem. He is also the CEO of Global Energy Initiative. LLC. Mr. Lee is a business development consultant and networking expert.

He has a passion for STEM and has worked on countless STEM project
initiatives throughout the Philadelphia area. Jonathan is a tireless advocate for helping youth reach their God-given potential and strives to accelerate STEM educational solutions into communities of black and brown people. He sits on various boards and gives advice and counsel to many executives who need to connect people to accomplish any worthwhile objectives.
